The 2023 Florida legislative session has now officially come to an end. Most relevant to community associations are HB919 and SB 154 were enacted into law. Both are included below for your review.

The 2022 Florida legislative session has now come to a close. Unfortunately, the House and Senate were unable to reach agreement on any legislation designed to address issues important to Florida community associations, particularly as it related to the tragic incident in Surfside last year.
